Bridgestone Employee Matching Grants & Volunteering

About Matching Gifts

The Matching Gift Program was established by the Bridgestone Americas Trust Fund to provide Bridgestone teammates the opportunity to double their contributions to eligible non-profit organizations throughout the United States. Because our company was founded on the idea of serving society with superior quality, this program is an extension of our corporate commitment to creating a better world. Through matching gifts, your voice and your impact matter at Bridgestone.

Tax-deductible gifts of not less than $100 from full-time, salaried teammates and retirees to registered U.S. non-profit organizations qualify for the matching gift program. Gifts will be matched up to $2,000 per teammate or retiree per year. You will be asked to upload a receipt of your contribution. Contributions are paid on a quarterly basis.

Bridgestone Americas reserves the right to revise or terminate this program at any time and to refuse request to any organization per the social contributions policies of the company. Mailed applications will no longer be accepted.

Volunteer Hours

Volunteering at Bridgestone is another extension of our corporate mission to serve society by making a positive impact on the communities where we move, live work and play. Our E8 commitment defines this impact.

Bridgestone Americas understands that volunteering is a personal choice. The company appreciates, respects and promotes a teammate’s decision to volunteer, but it is never required. Teammates who participate in or organize corporate volunteer activities should consider partnering with non-profit organizations, 501(c)(3) or local equivalent, that align with our E8 commitment.

Please be sure to read and follow the BSAM Teammate Volunteering Policy on the bridge. If you have any concerns or issues, please contact Jackie Huser, Sr. Manager, Community Involvement.
